- Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Atlas Land Holdings at the mobile number you provide. Non-marketing messages include follow-up on the property you submitted, offer details and terms, requests for documents or property information, appointment scheduling and reminders, and closing or transaction updates. Marketing messages include new cash offers, buying interest in other property you own, and periodic land market updates. You may consent to either category, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving an offer, selling a property, or purchasing goods or services.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or (239) 686-0348.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
